Have you guys in Dallas wrote letters and emails to bring smooth jazz radio back to Dallas?

I've answered a couple of your earlier questions about this and, though i feel your pain, it's not going to happen. Doesn't matter how many petitions they get, it's a done deal. If you want to listen to smooth jazz, go satellite, online or HD. That's about it.

Your best bet is to get on a local message board like Craig's List or a forum say for the local paper to try to drum up support if you beleived in OASIS this much.

As Duh said, the numbers didn't prove it for a station to spend the bucks required to flip formats. There are a few that people are speculating on, but most expect them to go back to their previous format.

I personally have given you the websites of the first places where any kind of rumors of smooth jazz on analog radio would be coming back. However at this juncture, the only place it apparently is and will probably be for a time, is as a HD radio station (called 107.5/2) that airs the smooth jazz format you love so much. Info on it is listed on the Movin website.

Unless their is a big movement for people to buy HD radios in Dallas to listen to it, I don't expect it to be on analog radio anytime soon.
