From the 1969 album ‘Happy/Sad’, Tim Buckley with the wonderful ‘Buzzin Fly’. The great man’s third album, it abandoned conventional song structures for abstract folk-jazz work outs, but still retained plenty of warmth, as demonstrated here.

    Lincoln Center’s …
    Lincoln Center’s Avery Fisher Hall and heard him in concert sing this song. He was dressed in a white shirt and pants and bathed in blue light. It was magical.

    He truly did have …
